No return will be provided for any user (User of services offered at www.Chillerrecords.com)

No refund will be provided in case of takedown of song by willingness of User/Artist himself.
No refund will be provided if song could not go live on platforms or take down happens due to infringement of rights , unauthorised upload, upload of cover song without having rights of the song, you have to provide us the documents related to rights of cover song in 10 days of song upload.
No payment of royalties/no refund of fees/ no payment of remaining amount of earning or revenue will be paid to user if any fraudulent or any unfair means found for monetising/promoting any content/audio, legal action will be taken against the involved user.
No refund will be provided in case a person upload the song/cover art in formats other then that are mentioned in the forms where the song has to be uploaded.

No refund will happen whatsoever in case the above mentioned guidelines are not followed and the payment is made, however as a company favouring the artists we may give you a resolution via email on case by case basis

 We won’t distribute cover songs due to copyright issues, kindly ensure that copyright of uploaded song belongs to you. In case of any violation or unauthorised upload distribution song may be takedown or not approved and account may be terminated without any noticed without any refund or payment remaining amount, therefore you are kindly requested to upload only exclusive content.
